The five day (4 nights) tour to Svaneti is an adventure & sightseeing tour accompanied with the ultimate cultural immersion experience. During the trip, guests will have the opportunity to hike to the Shdugra waterfall in Becho valley, also take a horse ride to the Glacier near Ushguli. Guests will also have opportunity to take the cable car up to Hatsvali – tall mountain with a stunning panoramic view of the Ushba peak. Diuring the tour you will see most visited location in Svaneti “Koruldi Lakes”. The most interesting part of the tour is the journey to the early medieval village Ushguli – which is home to numerous defensive towers from the early middle ages

Tour details

Day 1 : 

• Come to you location  (We will come to eny city in Georgia, including Airports)
• Go to Mestia
• Dadiani Palace   (Very beautiful and historical place)
• Enguri Dam       (The Enguri Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Enguri River, it is the world’s seventh highest concrete arch dam with a height of 271.5 metres)
• City Mestia        (Mestia is a highland townlet in northwest Georgia, at an elevation of 1,500 metres in the Caucasus Mountains. Here you can see most famous “Svan Towers”)
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner you can choos at any time and any place you need
• Overnight at guesthouse Nikala (It is very good  guest house in Mestia)  If desired, it is possible to change the hotel. price will be different

Day 2  : 

• Koruldi Lakes  (Koruldi Lakes stand out as one of the most enchanting places. The lakes, nestled at 2850 meters above sea level and located 10 kilometers from Mestia, boast breathtaking views. – This is Off Road tour)
• Heshkili    (Here you can see small wooden homes, one of them is even on the tree, yeah, I’m not kidding- which is the most popular among the visitors, unbelievable views, the rainbow, magnificent nature of Svaneti, those giant mountains all over and peaceful, peaceful holiday waiting for you. All of this, are the reasons, why people from all over the world visits that almost forgotten village todays)
• Mikhail Khergiani House Museum  (House-Museum of Georgian climber – The museum is placed in an old local typical Svan tower, here you will have the opportunity to see the interior of the Swan tower and climb to the roof)
• Hatsvali Ski Resort  (here you  will have opportunity to take the cable car up to Hatsvali – tall mountain with a stunning panoramic view of the Ushba peak – 2,348 m above sea level)

Day 3  :

• Shdugra Waterfall   (Ushba waterfall (Shdugra) is the most affluent waterfall in whole Georgia. Located in Svaneti, near Mazera village. The path, which leads you to the waterfall, is about 3 kilometers long, (with one direction) Diuring wallking you will have to cross the river, but believe me, it’s worth seeing.
  At this location you will need medium dificulity hiking skils to walk 6 km trail, also good shoos to hie in the mountain.  Tour takes about 5 hours

Day 4  :

• Go to Ushguli
• Love Tower (There are very interesting legends ebout it and your guide will tell you at the location :))
• Ushguli     (Ushguli is the highest populated place in Europe. This place is included in the list of world researches of UNESCO. Located at an altitude of 2100 meters above sea level. It is here that the most outstanding of the towers of Svaneti, the residential towers of King Tamar, built at the turn of the 12th-13th centuries. The Lamaria religious complex (named for the goddess Lamaria in Svaneti mythology) is located on a hilltop dominating the village. The chapel dates back to the 6-7th century )
• Glacier Shkhara  (The ”Glacier Shkhara” is located in the Svaneti mountains of eastern Georgia. The region of Svaneti is home to the largest glaciers in the Caucasus mountain range and the Chalaadi glacier is just one of them. The Chalaadi glacier is on the slopes of mount Shkhara. It’s a valley glacier and its glacial tongue is about 6 kilometers long. The glacier is very important and feeds the Enguri river that merges with the Mestiachala river further down.

Day 5  :

• Ushguli Archeological Museum  (Ushgul Archaeological Museum (here you will have the opportunity to see how people lived centuries ago. The museum is placed in an 13th century house, where almost all antique items are displayed)
• Go to Drop off point (we will take you at any city in Georgia)
• Breakfast and Lunch you can choos at any time and any place you need
